Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction. Oven and broiler safe to 500°F; lids are oven safe to 400°F. For best results, use low to medium heat. Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick. Safe for use with metal utensils. Allow pans to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing for best results. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents. Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
