USE & CARE

Wine cellar should be placed in location where ambient temperature is between 60°F–80°F. If ambient temperature is above or below this range, performance of unit may be affected. To clean wine cellar: Mix 3–4 tablespoons of baking soda with warm water. Use sponge or soft cloth, dampened with solution, to wipe down wine cellar. Rinse with clean warm water and dry with soft cloth.Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, ammonia, chlorine bleach, concentrated detergents, solvents or metal scouring pads. Some of these chemicals may dissolve, damage and/or discolor wine cellar. Clean door gaskets every 3 months according to instructions. Gaskets must be kept clean and pliable to assure proper seal. Petroleum jelly applied lightly on hinge side of gaskets will keep them pliable and assure proper seal.
