    USE & CARE

    Wires and stainless-steel probes are heat-resistant to 500°F. Use oven mitt when removing probes, as probes and cables may be very hot. Do not place main thermometer unit inside oven. Keep at least 6″ from any heat source. Wipe clean with a damp cloth or sponge. Do not immerse in water. Wipe dry.
