    Mezzaluna blade is sharp; use caution when handling. Mezzluna is dishwasher safe. Hand-wash cutting board. Dry thoroughly. Do not soak or submerge cutting board in water. Occasionally rub cutting board with food-safe mineral oil to keep wood from drying out. Store mezzaluna blade in safe place when not in use.
