USE & CARE

Oven safe to 460°F. Place mat on baking sheet or pan with smooth side facing up; textured side prevents mat from slipping. Do not use with insulated cookie sheet, as this will interfere with heat conduction. After baking, allow baked goods to cool before removing; lift corner of mat to dislodge. Do not use as cutting surface. Wipe with damp, soft sponge. Rinse with clean water. Shake to remove excess water. Air-dry. Roll for storage – do not fold.
