    USE & CARE

    Do not put salt in pepper mill; mechanism is designed specifically for peppercorns and is not interchangeable. Use only dry, hard, whole black, white, green or mixed peppercorns no larger than 6mm. Not suitable for peppercorn mixes containing more than 15% pink peppercorns. Mill may be used to grind dried coriander seeds. Do not place other spices in mill. Wipe exterior clean with soft, non-abrasive cloth. Dry thoroughly. Use soft brush to gently clean gears from outside. Protect from water and other liquids, detergents and humidity. Dishwasher safe.
