USE & CARE

Salt and pepper not included. Do not put salt in pepper mill or pepper in salt mill; each mechanism is designed specifically for a single spice and is not interchangeable. Use only whole black, white, dry green or mixed peppercorns in pepper mill. Not suitable for peppercorn mixes containing more than 15% pink peppercorns. Pepper mill may be used to grind dried coriander seeds. Use only rock salt in salt mill. Himalayan or blue salt grains must be no larger than 4mm. Sea salt is not recommended. Do not use wet salt in salt mill. Protect mills from excessive heat and moisture. Clean with soft, non-abrasive cloth or jewelry cloth. Gently rub surface in circular motion. Do not clean in dishwasher.
