USE & CARE

Installing batteries Detach motor unit from reservoir. Remove motor by pressing clips inward using a pointed object (e.g., pencil). Place 6 mercury-free alkaline AAA batteries into compartment. Be careful to position batteries correctly by checking polarity of terminals and batteries. Reposition motor unit. Filling mills Spice vial features special funnel for easy refilling of mill. Push down on cap in center to open funnel before first use. Remove motor unit and fill reservoir. Each mill is spice specific, so only refill the peppermill with peppercorns and the salt mill with salt crystals. All spices should be 5mm diam. or less. Do not expose to water or humidity. If mills are exposed to humidity, empty and dry completely before refilling with appropriate spice.
