USE & CARE

Designed for use with conventional and convection kitchen ovens (not compatible with Ooni pizza ovens). Ideal for all kinds of pizza, including homemade and frozen pies. Before first use, hand-wash pizza steel in warm water with mild dishwashing soap. Oven safe to 525°F. Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching surface. Do not cut food while it is on pizza steel. Hand-wash with warm water, soap and soft sponge. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products and scouring pads. Pizza steel will develop a patina with use and time. This is natural and will not affect performance.
