USE & CARE
Before each use, hand-wash with warm, soapy water. Brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it. Oven safe to 400°F. Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage surface.
