USE & CARE

Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. Safe for oven, broiler, outdoor grill and campfire. Not for microwave use. Before each use, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food. Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents. Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm. Store in dry location.
