    USE & CARE

    Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. Oven and broiler safe. Before each use, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat slowly before adding food. Hand-wash – a little soap is welcome. Dry thoroughly and rub with cooking oil. Store in dry location.
