USE & CARE

Before first use, hand-wash bakeware in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction. Oven and broiler safe to 500°F. Do not use in microwave. Freezer safe. Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface. Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface. Caution: sides will become hot during use; always use potholders or oven mitts when handling. Do not place hot bakeware on unprotected surface. Allow to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers. To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
