SUMMARY

This innovative rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing biscuit dough, pizza bases and pastry sheets. It comes with five sets of removable, color-coded rings that raise the rolling surface by different amounts to create the required pastry thickness you need. Simply twist off the rings you don’t need and you’re ready to roll. You can even use the pin without any rings if you need to roll even thinner.

  • Rolling pin made from natural beech wood.
  • Rolls pastry thicknesses: 1/16″ (2 mm), 1/6″ (4 mm), 1/4″ (6 mm), 5/16″ (8 mm) or 3/8″ (10 mm) approximately.
  • Simply twist rings to remove and adjust.
