Homemade pasta is easy to prepare with this Italian-made machine and dryer set. The pasta machine has two nickel-plated steel rollers – one for solid sheets and the other for fettuccine and linguine. The dryer has eight beech arms that suspend fresh noodles while drying, then fold flat for compact storage.

USE & CARE
Use soft brush to remove excess flour. Wipe with clean, dry cloth. Do not clean machine or attachments with water or detergents, as they can cause clogging or rusting. Occasionally place drop of oil where rollers meet machine to keep them moving smoothly. Brush clean. Hand-wash as needed. Blot dry with soft cloth. Air-dry completely before storing.
