USE & CARE

Oven safe to 600°F. Broiler safe. Safe for use with metal whisks, spoons and spatulas. Do not use with sharp-edged tools such as forks and knives. Do not cut foods in the pan. Before first use and after each use, wash ovenware thoroughly with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. Allow to cool before washing. Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents or abrasive cleansers. If food remains on surface, boil a mixture of water and vinegar in the pan to dislodge the food particles. To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use a non-scratching scrub sponge and a fine-powdered or soft cleanser. To avoid scratches on the ovenware exterior, place paper towels between pans when storing.
