Made of ultra-durable hygienic polyethylene, the reversible board boasts a handy tray that hangs over the counter’s edge to catch food scraps and juices. It has one flat side for chopping, slicing and mincing, and one side for carving with a perimeter groove and channels that funnel liquids into the detachable tray.
