USE & CARE

Bakeware is oven and broiler safe to 500°F. Cooling rack is oven safe to 450°F. Safe for use with nonstick, nylon, silicone and wood utensils. Avoid using cooking sprays, as they can damage nonstick coating. Freezer safe. Allow to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents. Bakeware may discolor if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discolored areas, rub with cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar. Alternatively, use high-quality nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner.
