USE & CARE

Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. Oven safe to 500°F. Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks. Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks or knives. Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick. Allow pans to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended. Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents. Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
