USE & CARE

Ideal for use with all cooktops, including induction. Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks as well as nylon, silicone, coated and wooden utensils. Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks or knives. Pans are oven safe to 500°F; glass lids are oven safe to 300°F. Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick. Allow pans to cool before washing. Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing for best results. Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents. Remove stubborn food residue and stains on exterior with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser. Dishwasher safe. Insert is safe for use with metal utensils. Do not use insert on or near hot gas or electric burner, or in heated oven. Hand-wash insert. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents. Lid and steam basket are dishwasher safe. Clean base with damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
