    USE & CARE

    Most pieces are ideal for use with all cooktops, including induction; griddle, grill and roaster are not induction compatible. Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks as well as nylon, silicone, coated and wooden utensils. Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives. Oven safe to 500°F (except lids). Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick. Allow pans to cool before washing. Dishwasher safe. Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents. Remove stubborn food residue and stains on exterior with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
