SUMMARY

Combining Italian olivewood with space-saving design, this handsome set is equipped with all the tools you need to slice cheese and serve accompaniments. The base features a notched drawer that houses three cheese knives, a cheese fork and four serving forks. The set also contains three ceramic dishes for accompaniments.

Narrow-plane knife is ideal for semi-hard cheese; tear-shaped knife is ideal for crumbling and spreading cheese; wide-blade knife is ideal for chipping pieces off blocks of cheese; and cheese fork is ideal for transferring portions to plates.

Ceramic dishes hold crackers and accompaniments.

Base is crafted of sustainably sourced Italian olivewood.

Cheese knives and fork are made from stainless-steel and Italian olivewood handles.

Four stainless-steel serving forks work well for accompaniments.

USE & CARE

Do not place in microwave or refrigerator. Hand-wash cheese knives and cheese fork. Dishes and serving fork are dishwasher safe. Wipe base with damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not soak or submerge in water. Do not clean in dishwasher. Occasionally rub wood with mineral oil or beeswax to prevent wood from drying out. Store in dry area away from extreme temperatures.
