The Dual-Sided Grizzler pan features a ridged surface for creating delectable grill marks on seared foods and reverses to a smooth griddle for cooking fried eggs, breakfast meats and more. The versatile skillet has a smooth cooking surface and tall, protective sides that make it easy to cook small vegetables, frittatas or one-dish meals. They each have a removable handle for safe transport to and from the oven, and a custom-sized beechwood board for oven-to-table serving.
