USE & CARE

Ideal for use with all stovetops, including induction. Do not fill kettle above inner spout opening. Do not heat empty or allow to boil dry. To prevent mineral build-up, empty contents after each use. Maintain low/medium flame – high flame can cause discoloration and damage kettle. Use burner similar in circumference to size of kettle. Use filtered water to prevent mineral deposits. Securely close lid and whistle flap before boiling. Hand-wash. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. To keep the exterior looking new, use copper polish or combination of lemon and salt. Clean with simple mixture of salt (1 Tbs.) and vinegar (1/4 cup); rinse under running water or clean with wet paper towel.
