Our precision thermometer uses integrated thermocouple technology to react quickly to changes in temperature, providing a highly accurate, stable response in as fast as four seconds. After use, the thermometer shuts off automatically when you fold the probe back into the case.

USE & CARE

Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel- Cadmium) batteries. Do not leave thermometer in the oven while cooking. Wipe clean with damp cloth. Recalibratable periodically to verify accuracy of temperature readouts over time. Antimicrobial case inhibits the growth of bacterial odor and mold, but it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the thermometer after each use.
