    USE & CARE

    Before each use, hand-wash with warm, soapy water. Brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa or use baking spray with flour in it. Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
